You read this sentence first, instead of just watching the video below. That’s #adulting. Great job! Seriously though, this project was one of the most fun times I’ve had art directing. The objective was to convince post-secondary students to sign up for a Scotiabank SCENE debit card. Our campaign did this via print, digital, print, OOH, social, activations and more. The coolest part for me as an art director (and as a gamer), was working on the VR experience. Seeing that all come together ever step of the way was something I’m very proud of. FUN FACT: After some trial and error getting the alarm clock to vibrate across the table, we ended up having to rig an actual vibrator to the back of it. It made history! It was the first time a sex toy was expensed to the Scotiabank account (that we know of).
